The Old Warrior

Bare feet ... The Harassed Soul ... that floats over the shriveled remains of the Vision – from the bombardment that broke the string of pearls, scattering them all. From the Pearls of Dreams to the Gems of Aims – and everything in between. Picking up the fragments of what's left of the once perfectly crafted Field of Vision- now frail after the blow. The fragments, each now threatens to reduce to dust if so much as merely grazed by the wind of Angst.
The Once-strong Mind, now warns with wobbling knees – should there be any Tonnage of Thoughts or Strain of Sufferings …. The old Warrior might collapse, driving the wispy shadow of Strength and Sanity into Extinction.

And the Journey Begins... stumblin upon aliens lyk 'Blog This!' n 'AtomFeed' n 'WhatNot' ..(well the last one's purpose is, i s'pose to convey my delimas in a uniform fashion). but anyway, my First Post!!:D yay... its not excellent but its frm heart n soul... welcome newbie. Mehwish is right though, you may be new to blogging b ut your writing has the scars of a baptism by fire. You've earned your stripes, so to say, and therefore a hearty and excited welcome. I look forward to reading more of your heart and soul.
This was indeed brilliant.

Also, you even read my stupid novella?
I'm a little beyond flattered ;) Hope you enjoyed it...

::: The seventh Warrior :::

A whiff of wind blows by

flutters the flag held high

the field set ablaze in sunlight

the armor is on, ready to fight

for a cause so big

larger than life itself

Here i am, standing on this soil

with head held high, ready as i can be

its a moment of glory

its a battle of truth

Deceit shall die its own death

Honor will last for ever

The tales will be told

the bravery will be followed

Freedom, will be won.

for years to come

for centuries to exist

Redemption

a lucky man’s salvation

a chance worth dying for.

a risk worth taking

a sacrifice worth making

a whiff of wind blows by

flutters the flag held high

Here i am, the seventh warrior

standing in the battle field

as ready as i can ever be.
